Ahhhh!

What a beautiful fall! I ran 10 this morning and it was very crisp when I started but just right when I finished. What a great time and place to be alive! This month has gone so quickly. The running has been easy and enjoyable. I'm actually 20 miles ahead of schedule. That feels good considering that the weatherman is predicting snow for next week. I'm not ready for that yet.

Some friends are putting together a half marathon here in Soda. The Soda Screamer-Oct. 30 7:30 a.m. It will be a fun run. Low key! Ya'll should come join us.
